Please join Tate Britain for a Picture Description session for blind and partially sighted visitors exploring the Atlantic Britain, display of eighteenth-century British art that tells the history of the ‘Atlantic world’ which connected Africa, Europe and the Americas.
The talk will take place seated in the gallery with trained picture describers giving a detailed description of the works on display.
Sighted escorts and guide dogs are welcome.
Please meet at 10.45am at the Manton entrance , Atterbury Street.
Picture description sessions for blind and partially sighted visitors take place every third Monday of the Month at Tate Britain.
