Service Review
The VocalEyes Service Review
Have you ever wondered if you are giving your blind and partially sighted audience as good a time as you possibly can? How do you assess your audio description provision, and support your describers and their professional activity?
We might be able to help, with a bespoke service for this purpose.
How it works:
One of our highly experienced Audio Describers spends 24 hours with you to consider key aspects of your audio descriptions and offer advice on maintaining and developing both your service and the audience for that service.
As part of the day, he or she will attend one of your audio described performances and spend the rest of the time meeting key personnel, describers and theatre colleagues, and talking through your current provision, how it works for you, whether there are some ideas we can share, and problems and issues that you want to address.
After the visit, we will send you a document covering the marketing, booking, customer care, technical provision and live description, highlighting areas of strength and making suggestions for other areas.
If you are running an audio description programme at your venue, why not take advantage of the VocalEyes Review?
The company has built up skills and knowledge from over 12 years describing in the West End, Off-West End, regionally, and on-tour, so can offer a wide range of advice to help ensure you are offering the best service possible to your blind and partially sighted audience members.
The VocalEyes Review costs £300 + VAT with the describer’s expenses re-charged.
